Brussels can learn about the Hungarian cuisine
Hungary, as the next president of the EU plays a key role in the agricultural fair that will be held in Brussels’ St. Catherine square on Sunday and Monday, organized by the European Commission.
The fair is linked to the final event of the consultation series, over the common agricultural policy. The Hungarian appearance is organized by the Agricultural Marketing Center on behalf of the Hungarian Ministry of Rural Development.
On the fair, pálinka, Tokaji wines, soda water, Makó onion, Hajdúsági horseradish, Szegedi or Kalocsai paprika, Gyulai sausage, Csabai sausage, Szegedi salami, Red Gold, crackling from Kunság, matyó scone, pászka scone will also be available. Several Hungarian organic products will also appear such as goat cheese, honey and jam – reports MTI.
