On the Street of Hungarian Flavours, the Bread of the Country and the Innovative Bread of the Year
The bread of our grandmothers can conquer visitors to the Street of Hungarian Tastes in a 21st century robe this year. For the 10th time, the Hungarian Bakers’ Association organized the St. Stephen’s Day Bread Competition, where the Bread of the Country, the traditional St. Stephen’s Day bread, and the most innovative bread of the year were selected. It reflects current consumer trends not only in the two winning products, but also in all the breads named for the competition.
