Hungarian-developed cybersecurity platform can strengthen digital resilience
Alverad Technology Focus Kft.’s artificial intelligence-supported cybersecurity auditor and consulting platform can strengthen digital resilience – the company told MTI.
The company received 209.53 million in the tender supporting the market entry of digital economy players within the framework of the Széchenyi Terv Plusz program. received a non-refundable grant of HUF 100,000 to create the system, which was justified by the increasing cyber threats and regulations.
Users need automated assistance in such an environment, which, based on the project description available on the application website, helps to process the legal background, interpret cybersecurity requirements, provides an opportunity for self-assessment and selection of protective measures, ensures their effective implementation, and a stable documentation background. The system reduces administrative burdens, can be used internationally, and therefore can be a commercially competitive product – they wrote.
The project, with a total cost of more than 311.77 million forints, may end in December 2027 – can be read on the palyazat.gov.hu website.
According to its website, the company, which deals with security management and cyber protection, also has a cybersecurity lab and conducts research activities with academic and business partners. According to its publicly available report, Alverad Technology Focus Kft. closed with revenue of 1.54 billion forints in 2023 and 1.80 billion forints in 2024, and its profit increased from 120.1 million forints to 253.6 million forints.
