Seventeen Hungarian wines at the Le Mondial Du Rosé
The Hungarian wines reached great results at the LE MONDIAL DU ROSÉ, which is the world's largest and most important rosé wine competition. The competition was held between 25 and 27 April 2015 in Cannes, France.
About 900 wines (including 46 Hungarian wines) of 28 countries took part in the competition. A total of 338 wines were awarded with 57 gold and 281 silver medals.
The Hungarian wines brought home two gold medals: Varsányi Winery’s Egri Menoir Rosé 2014 wine and the Simigh Winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2014 wine both won a gold medal.
