The CEO of the Budavidék Zrt. was honored with Hungarian Cross of Merit

On the occasion of August 20, Schäffer Árpád was awarded with the Hungarian Knight's Cross of Merit recognition. The Chief Executive of the Budavidék Zrt. was designated to the prestigious medal by the ÁFEOSZ-COOP Association for his excellent work in the cooperative development of the ÁFEOSZ-COOP Association.

Schäffer Árpád is currently the CEO of Budavidék Zrt. His cooperative membership started at the Tabi Áfész, he established his cooperative work at the MESZÖV of Pest county, than developed it further at ÁFEOSZ. In 1985, he took over the leadership at Buda környéki ÁFÉSZ. In 1971 he graduated from the College of Trade and Tourism, he gained Business Administration diploma in 1972, and in 1980 graduated as economist.
