Magazine: Bocuse d’Or Hungary – from a French perspective
Chef competition Bocuse d’Or celebrated its 22nd birthday this year. The rules are the same as they always were: contestants have to prepare a fish and a meat dish with decoration for 12 people, which the jury evaluates after thorough tasting. In the case of Hungary the Bocuse d’Or Academy opened the way for young talents to participate in the world’s most prestigious chef competition. This year the Hungarian final, Bocuse d’Or Hungary Selection will take place in the Hungexpo Budapest Fair Center on 14 October 2011. The winner will represent Hungary at Bocuse d’Or Europe in Brussels next spring.
