Ill people in Santa Cruz, California who have a medical permission for using cannabis as part of their treatment can buy cannabis-infused ice cream, in banana, chocolate brownie and strawberry cheesecake flavours. The idea came from a confectioner who wanted to find a new market for his ice creams.
