Green walnut is an old-new delicacy; our ancestors were already using it to make different brews and snacks to cure various illnesses. Now it has been rediscovered: Goldenfood green walnut in syrup won a Hungarian Product Grand Prize in 2012. It is available in 60-, 120- and 180-piece versions and its price is affordable to restaurants and confectioneries.
