Magazine: Beer in blossom

At the end of summer Hungary’s first flower-infused beer appeared at the Brewery Fest. The brew was made by Zirc Abbey Manufacture and it is called Lavender. It is a kind of wheat beer, in which one of the traditional ingredients, coriander has been substituted with lavender. Unfortunately all of it was sold at the beer festival, so we have to wait until next summer to taste Lavender.
