Magazine: With the severity of municipal representatives
Restaurants in downtown Helsinki aren’t allowed to use plastic tables and chairs on their terraces. The authorities introduced this measure because in their view these cheap pieces of furniture do harm to the image of the city. Restaurant owners were shocked first, even more so because state-owned restaurants don’t have to comply with this rule.
