Magazin: New beer styles inspired by IPA
PA’s popularity has been skyrocketing all over the world. Brewers like to experiment with IPA and the latest fruit of this is black IPA. Combining IPA and lager is a rather interesting idea. There are some dozen of breweries in the USA that make IPL – Indian Pale Lager, which is fermented using different yeasts than with IPAs.
