Magazine: Hungarian success at Hotelympia
Hotelympia is one of Europe’s most prestigious food service and hospitality events, which took place between 28 February and 3 March this year in London. More than 1,000 exhibitors presented their innovative products and services, and there were various competitions as well. Hungarian-Cypriot Sophia Christou, a 3rd-year culinary arts design student at University of West London’s hospitality and tourism department, won a bronze medal in the junior category of confectionery table decoration.
