Magazine: An oven for the Bocuse d’Or
Convotherm’s fourth-generation oven – which will be used in the fi nal of Bocuse d’Or next year – has debuted in Hungary too. At a cooking show held in Convotherm distributor Coninvest Kft.’s kitchen in Budaörs two chefs, Christian Galler and Attila Várnagy demonstrated how to use the device. The C4 combi oven-steamer has many intelligent features. Its cleaning system is special, too: it isn’t only energy saving but was also designed so that users don’t have to touch chemicals at all.
