Magazin: A stylish association

SVÉT (Stylish Restaurants in the Country association) is a grassroots initiative by high-quality restaurants. The idea and the name come from László Ruprecht, a so-called creative chef. At the moment SVÉT’s activity encompasses collective presence and communication, trying to promote high-level restaurants and their services outside Budapest. SVÉT is going to two events per year and one of these has already been held in May: the Wine Buzz Festival in Villány was a perfect place to introduce the association. Guests could buy electronic tasting cards and try all the delicacies in the big tent, for instance those cooked by Péter Pataky, the chef of Ikon from Debrecen.
