Magazine: Specialities for beer-lovers
BeerBier
One World Drink Kft.’ s owners opened BeerBier, where we find beer specialties from all over the world but mostly from the UK and the Czech Republic. Bottled beers are constantly available, while the four types of draught beer keep changing (they come at HUF 650-950/pint) – the owners promise 20 different draught beers each month.
Ferenc Ferdinánd Monarchia restaurant
An elegant restaurant from the beginning of the 20th century, which communicates its Czech character through even the smallest details. The staff has been trained by Czech master chefs. Ferdinand, Primator and Bernard beers are sold for HUF 500-550 a pint and main dishes cost 1,300-1,990.
Bohémia beer bar
Many of those who like quality Czech beer carry a thin wallet in their pockets, therefore selling them for HUF 450-500 per pint definitely constitutes a customer-friendly pricing. Beers from the Postřižinské, Podkrkonossky and Nova Packa breweries are sold and the famous Pardubicke Porter can also be tasted (400 ml for HUF 550). The bar seats 45 people and those who get hungry can choose from utopenec, rolled herring or pickled camembert.
