Magazine: Salad for green diners

The owner of LeRepas, a bistro in Sao Paulo was inspired by the many cyclists he had seen in France to start rewarding diners in a special way. Everyone who rides their bicycle to the bistro is offered a free salad. This idea probably also works well as a promotional strategy.
