Magazine: They smoke their own meats

La Fiesta manufactures its own food products. They started making smoked stuffed products and hams under the La Fiesta brand name 15 years ago and now they produce 2.5 tons a year – owner/managing director László Kovács told our magazine. Mr Kovács has been researching ham smoking and dry-curing for many years. As MVI president he has always been emphasising the importance of artisan products in gastronomy and is proud of offering La Fiesta’s own products to partners.
