Magazine: The crème de la crème of bakers!

The Principal Order of Hungarian Bakers built a 90m² stand at SIRHA. Products, exhibition baking and various events illustrated the state of play in Hungary’s baking industry, at the same time also referring back to its past and presenting a vision for the future. One of the order’s main goals is to raise the prestige of education and give the best training to the next generation of bakers. Not only bakers are members of the order but also confectioners, cooks, food industry experts and even machinery engineers.
