Magazine: Joining forces for educating the next generation
The National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) and Szent István University’s Faculty of Veterinary Science signed an agreement on starting a Food Safety Department at the university. With the new department the parties’ main goal is to educate the next generation of professionals and to assist in scientific research. NÉBIH and the university have already been cooperating in the domain of teaching and researching matters related to the safety of food products of animal origin. Plans include the development of a long-term strategy for teaching food chain safety. n
