Magazine: Beer festival every day!
A special experience on the study trip organised by MVI president László Kovács was the chance to see how things work in the 400-year-old Hofbrauhaus brewery and pub in Munich, a place that is capable of serving 3,000 guests at the same time – there is practically a beer festival taking place every day! Many soups, salads and vegetarian dishes are on the menu card but it is dominated by pork knuckle, braised cabbage, potato and different versions of Knödel. Every dish is delivered in 10-15 minutes as the staff never stops cooking in the kitchen.
