Magazine: Dreams that came true and others that didn’t
For the first time the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism exhibits advertisement posters
(until 5 May) from the first half of the 20th century. In Hungary applied graphic arts started to develop rapidly in the first decade of the last century and soon earned international recognition. The high level of artistic and technical level was guaranteed by the fact that many talented painters designed graphic advertisements.
