Magazine: From liqueur to foam
Foam Bols won an innovation prize this year and not without merit. The idea is simple: the 200ml foam bottle transforms the liqueur inside into instant foam, which can simply be poured into the glass. In Hungary the device costs HUF 3,500 and can be used to make two litres of liqueur foam.
