Magazine: Do we finally have a successful Hungarian restaurant franchise?

In the middle of October the first Bock bistro opened in Copenhagen after a short test period. The new restaurant works as part of a franchise system. Lajos Bíró told our magazine that the Copenhagen bistro has been going with full house and has qualified for the best 9 in the bistro category of the local restaurant ranking organisation. As for new franchise contracts: in Slovakia the restaurant’s interior design is already being prepared and there is interest from Stockholm, Malmö, Győr and another Danish city.
