MYOC – Mix Your Own Cocktail – is the name of a new project launched by club in Nightsbridge (Republic of South Africa). On MYOC drink lists no cocktails are featured, instead there are different cocktail ingredients and accessories, from which guests can choose whatever they like and mix and decorate their own drinks. To help amateur bartenders, fitting elements on the list are colour-coded.
