In the USA the demand for such places is on the rise! According to experts, the breastaurant concept is spreading among restaurants. Hooters was launched 29 years ago and dominated the market for quite a while but competitors are now getting stronger. Three of the big new chains with a similar concept improved their turnover by 30 percent in 2011. In Budapest Chanticleer Holding opened the first Hooters unit in August. In the USA restaurants with a concept similar to Hooters’ are basically sports bars but they target young people too.
