Guests want a special experience, so it isn’t surprising at all that barmen have started to get creative with ice cubes too. Recently we have witnessed the trend of giant ice cubes and now here is the new trend: in Chicago bars they have started to freeze some cocktail ingredients – this way the drink’s temperature stays the same from the first sip to the last.
