Magazine: Haxen Király restaurant is 20 years old
Haxen Király restaurant in Budapest celebrated its 20th birthday this September, with colleagues, friends and regular guests. Owners Attila and Éva Radvánszki feel the market: they don’t follow trends but adapt to changing consumer demand. Austro-Hungarian Monarchy-themed Haxen Király seats 180 guests and the menu reflects the taste of today’s upper middle class, members of which tend to order steak – in Haxen Király they can get steak from New Zealand, Argentina, Brazil and even prime Angus form the USA.
