Experts forecast the following drink trends for 2015: 1. those who consume alcohol-free drinks will prefer water and mildly flavoured drinks instead of sweet ones; 2. coffee will meet liquid nitrogen; 3. artisan beer makers will create new categories and new flavours; 4. creative bottling will conquer 5. in bars flavoured ice cubes, artisan spirits, selling wine by the glass, wine flights, tea cocktails will be trendy, while vodka will soon be replaced by gin and whisk(e)y in the popularity ranking; 6. the premixing of various spirits will be very fashionable, for instance Vodquila by Bridgeview Liquors has already won many prizes, including one in the International Wine and Spirit competition, but VX by Grey Goose, Kentucky Dram by Jim Beam and Malibu Red by Pernod Ricard also follow the same trend.
