According to various US and European sources, the following trends are likely to prevail in 2013: growing popularity of sweet wines, special beers will appear in exclusive restaurants – together with beer sommeliers, artisan beers will spread, wines and popular cocktails (e.g. Aperol Spritz) will be available on tap, more special cocktails will be bottled, tea will conquer in several forms, artisan ciders will be put on the market, drink lists will be displayed on tablet computers – with photos and other exciting information.
