What will be the consequences of Starbucks introducing 1-dollar reusable plastic coffee cups? Those customers who use these get their coffee 10 cents cheaper. McDonald’s started testing paper cups instead of polystyrene ones last year, while Dunkin’ Donuts will do the same this year. So far Starbucks is the only chain to reward cup reusing.
