Magazine: Let’s eat locally caught fish at Lake Balaton!

The restaurant owners near the lake Balaton only serve fish caught elsewhere. The Balaton Association has made two recommendations to the authorities to solve this problem: 1. fish from nearby lakes should be imported to a designated area of Lake Balaton and kept there for a while; 2. a network for buying fish from anglers should be established.
