I am very proud to have my achievements – and those of my colleagues at Onyx and in the team behind the successful Bocuse d’Or presence – have been honoured by the whole of the trade. It would be very important to have an award with real prestige because at the moment there is no trade recognition that can really be taken seriously. As for my future goals, I would like to win another Michelin star with Onyx and see the Hungarian chef make it to the top 5 in the 2016 Bocuse d’Or Europe competition.
