Magazine: With strange reasoning
The Hungarian Public Catering Association (MKSZ) calls the attention of the public to the fact that certain traditional dishes, because of their high oil, salt or fat content, will disappear from public catering if the current version of the decree on public catering will enter into force. It is difficult to accept the reasoning that traditional Hungarian dishes cannot be deleted from the menu cards just because they are unhealthy and we don’t agree with the claim that children simply don’t like the food listed as healthy in the drafted decree.
