New York juice bar chain Organic Avenue has created a small press machine, which can be used to make fruit juice from fruits and vegetables cut up/ground and put in special bags. Quality ingredients aren’t selected, cleaned and prepared in the kitchen, they come packed from a different place, making Juicero a convenience product.
