Magazine: Luxury menu watered down

Los Angeles restaurant and bar Ray’s & Stark has built its whole concept around water. In the menu they group the 20 types of mineral waters – which they sell for USD 8-16 – according to place of origin. They even offer a 12-course dégustation menu!
