Magazine: Fast food in hotels

In many-star hotels of North America the new fashion is serving fast food to guest who are used to luxury eating. The new trend is probably the result of the premiumisation process that is taking place among fast food and fast causal restaurants. Hudson Hotel in New York serves its burgers and nachos in a beer hall type place. Eventi Hotel, also located in New York, brings back the atmosphere of kiosks on the Brooklyn riverbank for serving their fish dishes, hamburgers and cocktails.
