If there is a popularity ranking for cocktails in the United States, Bloody Mary probably has a place in the top 5. A couple of years ago in a Florida bar they made edible drinking straws from celery. In a New Jersey bar the owner emphasised in his advertisement that they only used vegetable grown in local farms – and most of the time the decoration of Bloody Mary is eaten. Recently they started to mix smoothie from the popular soup gazpacho.
