Magazine: Bocuse d’Or qualifying round
A jury of experts (Lajos Bíró, Balázs Csapody, Zoltán Hamvas, Ákos Sárközi, Viktor Segal, Frigyes Vomberg and András Wolf) evaluated 19 entries to decide who will compete in the qualifying round of the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or chef competition on 13 December. The best ones will qualify for the Hungarian final – to be held next February – the winner of which will represent the country at Bocuse d’Or Europe in May 2016 in Budapest.
