Magazine: A new chapter of a menu: Weekly bizarr!
Rapaz plans to add a permanent new section to their menu, called ‘Bizarre of the week’. They give a twist to or completely reinterpret ‘traditional’ soups. The two young cooks even turn main dishes and desserts into soup, for instance they serve chili con carne, stuffed cabbage and cherry pie soup.
