Magazine: Not enough skilled workers
The tourism and hospitality industry suffers formal a lack of skilled personnel, because the best workers are going to work in Western Europe as they can earn more there – told Zoltán Pál Gál, the president of the National Association of Tourism and Hospitality Employers (VIMOSZ). He added that they are waiting for the government to decide on the sector’s development strategy, which has been on the table for a year and a half.
