Budapest’s Bors GasztroBár combines the advantages of tww genres, street food and bistro cuisine – the owners themselves call their style Soup and baguette. In the light of the place’s location prices are alright, 350ml of soup costs HUF 450, grilled baguettes are sold for HUF 450 and 650 depending on the size. They do not sell alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, guests can choose from home made syrups. Since the owners believe in the importance of day-to-day contact with regular guests, they will not add more than one Bors bars to their ‘network’.
