Magazine: Our own culinary tour
Last year MVI started a series of culinary tours: these roadshow-type events have a networking function, but at the same time they are also great fun and a perfect occasion for acquiring professional experience. MVI members get the chance to visit prospering or recently opened but promising restaurants. Tours are organised every second week and once a month in the summer period. After István Pesti’s Platán in Tata and Vár: a Speiz in Buda Castle, the culinary tour’s 10th stop was Natura Hill in Zebegény, where chef Endre Ruga was waiting for participants with a Swabian-influenced 5-course menu. Anyone can join the tour on MVI’s Facebook page.
