Early October San Sebastián was the host of the Gastronomika congress, where chefs from all over the world were introducing the latest technological innovations. This year Hungary was one of the special guests of the event. There were four Hungarian speakers: Tamás Széll, Szabina Szulló, Eszter Palágyi and Lajos Bíró. The Hungarian delegation prepared goulash, stuffed cabbage and Somlói dumplings in the street kitchen.
