Magazine: The culinary adventure continues
MVI’s roadshow-type culinary tour series (which is about both networking and learning) continued early summer. In May our host was the La PerleNoire restaurant. We had the chance to taste the wonderful dishes of chef László Koncz. In June the head chef of Kollázs Brasserie&Bar – located in the Four Seasons Hotel – cooked for us, in cooperation with pastry chef Árpád Szűcs. /
