On a higher level
As a result of co-operation between École Lenôtre and Cegos Kft., the Educatio CulinArtist® educational program, also known as Chef Academy was launched in September. The program was created by Gaston Lenôtre in 1971 and has 3000 students at present. Lecturers will include Jean-Bernard Fichepain, Laurent Vendenameele, chef of Hotel Méridien, Kálmán Kalla, László Ruprecht, János Garaczi and Sándor Facsar. The course will be composed of eight two-day modules, covering different areas of gastronomy like red meats, game or vegetarian food. The first examinations will be held in December, where the examination board will be headed by János Kiss, Corporate Chef of Hyatt Hotels.
