Higher expectations in hospitality at the Lake Balaton

Nearly seventy percent of the Lake Balaton’s restaurateurs believe that something new should be added to the menu each year, in order to guarantee the keeping of their returning guests – shows the research of Plusfood Hungary Kft., distributor of  the Gustonette and Perdix products.

More than half of the responding restaurateurs consider speed and the ease of preparing as the most favored values. Another interesting fact that the restaurateurs of the Lake Balaton are more and more open to prepare healthier foods, towards fried, breaded and marinated chicken specialties towards salad garnishes.
