Avian flu: state aid is provided to the most affected poultry processing plants
The poultry processing plants that are affected by the avian influenza the most can expect state aid – according to a government decision that provides the extension of state intervention in this context.
In the decision published on Monday in the (Magyar Közlöny) Hungarian Bulletin, the government called on the Minister of Agriculture to develop a state aid scheme until 31 August the for the poultry processing plants that are most affected by avian influenza and to report it to the European Commission for prior approval.
