The Árkád Szeged Shopping Centre opens today
After one and a half year of construction the 100 million euros development of the Árkád Shopping Centre in Szeged opens today. More than 95 percent of the useful floor area has already been leased.
The building will operate 130 stores, 37 percent of the tenants are Hungarian trading companies, 35 percent are international chains. The developer, the ECE Budapest has developed a balanced tenant mix: a number of international fashion companies will appear in Szeged for the first time – writes Világgazdaság Online.
