The Budapest Fish Festival has begun

The Budapest Fish Festival began on Thursday with live fish show, fishing, fish cooking competition, and with hundreds of national and international fish foods in the garden of the National Museum.

Visitors of the festival, that lasts until Sunday can taste in addition to the popular and well-known fish species, a number of less-known fish species and fish specialties, like fish sausage, dried fish stuffed with fruits or grilled and fillet fish.

The kids can prepare fish-shaped candies in the scope of the chocolate museum’s program, and in the giant aquarium of the Tropicarium they can observe the aquatic animals. (MTI)
