Gergely Lóska appointed as K&H’s Head of IT and Innovation
K&H Bank will continue to operate in a partially new organizational structure from July 14, 2025. The changes aim to accelerate digital transformation and further strengthen future-proof operations.
As part of the reorganization, the current Innovation, IT and Operations Division will be split into two areas. Operations and payment services will be under the control of the Finance Division, and thus its head, Attila Gombás.
In parallel, a new strategic management position will be created: the Chief Information & Innovation Officer (CIIO). The CIIO will be responsible for the IT and Innovation Directorate and the newly established Central Portfolio and Project Management Office (PMO).
K&H’s new Chief Information and Innovation Officer is Gergely Lóska. Gergely earned a degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and an MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK. During his career, he gained significant leadership experience in several areas at K&H, most recently managing the Business Banking Support and Consulting Directorate. From now on, he will strengthen K&H’s Management Committee and country team as a key player in IT operations and digital transformation.
